Step 1. Generate test hypotheses

Step 2. Build a prioritised backlog
No longer he who shouts loudest gets to pick experiments. From now on you're going to collect, prioritise, and track growth ideas systematically. This way the cream of the crop will rise to the top with a clear set of prioritisation rules.

Step 3. Create a timeline
An experimentation plan without a timeline is like a car without wheels. It might look good on paper, but it won't get you anywhere. A timeline helps to provide a clear path and structure for executing experiments and allows for better tracking of progress and identification of potential slowdowns that may arise.
